ATTENTION: Entry to the stadium is expressly subject to the spectator’s acceptance of the present Stadium Regulations, as well as the rules and regulations of FIFA, UEFA, the Hellenic Football Federation (HFF), and Super League 1 in relation to the respective competition. Entry to the stadium constitutes unconditional acceptance of the present Stadium Regulations.
DEFINITIONS
“FC” refers to OLYMPIAKOS FC.
“Ticket” refers to the single-match ticket, the season ticket, corporate tickets, sponsor tickets, invitations, etc.
“Football Authority” refers to Super League 1, the Hellenic Football Federation (HFF), FIFA, UEFA, and any other relevant governing body of football.
“Illegal Substance” refers to any preparation, natural or chemical compound or substance that is either not legally available or is legally available but has not been legally obtained. The term includes, among other things, prescription medications that are not used for their prescribed purposes.
“Stadium” means the “G. KARAISKAKIS” Stadium and any other stadium that may be used by OLYMPIAKOS FC for the purposes of competitions in which it participates.
“Match” means any football match that takes place at the Stadium.
“Material” means any audio, visual, and/or audiovisual material and/or any information or data.
“Super League 1” means the “SUPERLEAGUE ENA ELLADA Limited Liability Cooperative,” which is the organizer of the First Division (A’ National Category) Championship.
“Steward” means the member of the security personnel employed by the FC and authorized to ensure the order and safety of the match spectators.
Entry to the Stadium
- Notwithstanding possession of a Ticket, the FC, any Police Officer, or Steward may refuse entry to the stadium (or remove from it) any person:
(a) who does not comply (or, in the justified opinion of the FC, may not comply) with the present Stadium Regulations and/or any instruction given by a police officer, Steward, or official of the FC.
(b) whose presence within the Stadium constitutes or could (in the justified opinion of the FC) constitute a source of danger or nuisance to any other person.
- In all cases, entry to the Stadium is prohibited:
(a) to any person who is subject to an administrative or judicial ban on entering stadiums and attending sports events in accordance with the provisions of applicable law,
(b) to any person who has been banned by UEFA, FIFA, the HFF, or any football authority from attending a football match for any reason,
(g) to any person deemed by the competent public authorities to be an individual to whom tickets should not be made available for reasons of safety and protection, and
(d) to any person who has violated or is violating the Terms & Conditions of Entry for Season Tickets or Individual Tickets, as well as these “Stadium Regulations.”
- All individuals wishing to enter the Stadium acknowledge the right of the FC to conduct identity checks as well as physical searches in accordance with the provisions of the law (including the use of technical means) on any person entering the Stadium, and to refuse entry or remove from the stadium any person who refuses to undergo such an inspection. For this reason, individuals wishing to enter the Stadium must carry their ticket, the Fan Card referred to in Article 4 of Joint Ministerial Decision 229157/12877/1280/236, their police identity card or passport or residence permit, as well as any other document that may be required in accordance with applicable legislation. The FC is obligated to deny entry to the stadium in the absence of the aforementioned documents and requirements. The FC also reserves the right to request fulfillment of additional conditions for access to the sports facility if such conditions are mandated by decisions of the competent State authorities.
- At all times while present in the stadium, individuals must comply with all instructions given by any member of the Security Personnel or official of the FC and/or any other authority. Failure to comply with any instruction may result in immediate removal from the Stadium.
- A ban on entry to the Stadium (or removal from it) may lead to further action by the FC, including, but not limited to, the revocation of any season or individual ticket (without refund), and the loss of other privileges. Conduct
- The following items are prohibited from being brought into the Stadium:
- Knives, air guns, firearms, sharp and dangerous objects
- Illegal substances
- Fireworks, flares, pyrotechnics
- Laser devices
- Bottles, glass containers, cans, poles, and any object that can be used as a weapon and/or pose a threat to public safety.
Any person found in possession of such items will be denied entry to the premises.
- Items whose entry and use within the Stadium are prohibited (either by law or by the present Stadium Regulations) will be confiscated and destroyed. In the event of such prohibited or otherwise unlawful behavior, as well as any violation of the Terms of the present Regulations, OLYMPIAKOS FC reserves the right to deny the offender entry to the Stadium and to revoke their ticket, with no obligation to refund its value, in whole or in part. It is agreed that the ticket’s value shall be forfeited to the benefit of the FC as a minimum contractual penalty, without prejudice to any other rights of the FC.
- Furthermore, it is prohibited to bring into the Stadium:
- any sponsorship or promotional material (other than official Club merchandise) and/or other football-related apparel worn in good faith. No product (including printed materials) of any kind may be offered—whether for free or for sale—by any person within the Stadium without the express written permission of the FC.
(b) any banners of political, offensive, racist, or anti-national content or nature.
- The FC respects the principles of equality and diversity, and it is important that all supporters of the team share these principles. All individuals entering the Stadium are required to refrain from any behavior that is racist, homophobic, or abusive, and from any other discriminatory behavior, including, but not limited to, any discrimination based on factors such as age, gender, color, origin, religion, sexual orientation, etc. The use of speech that is threatening, insulting, offensive, obscene, inappropriate, violent, indecent, or provocative is strictly prohibited and will result in arrest and/or removal from the Stadium.
- The following actions are strictly prohibited, constitute offenses according to the Regulations of the HFF and the provisions of applicable law, and will result in arrest and/or removal from the stadium:
(a) Attempting to enter the stadium or remaining within the Stadium under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances, and/or
(b) Possession of alcohol and/or prohibited substances upon entry to the stadium or within the Stadium.
(c) οι Racist or homophobic attacks (physical or verbal), bullying, and harassment of any person based on gender, race, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, disability, color, or national or ethnic origin.
(d) The use of flags, banners, or signs with political, commercial, advertising, racist, insulting, or derogatory content towards the personality and morals of others.
(e) Throwing any object inside the stadium that could cause injury, distress, disturbance, or damage to people or property.
(f) Lighting torches, flares, firecrackers, or any flammable device.
(g) Entering the playing field.
(h) Occupying the stadium stairs and exits. Blocking corridors, exits, entrances, stairs, and similar areas is strictly prohibited.
- All individuals entering the Stadium are allowed to occupy only the seat assigned to them by their ticket, and it is prohibited to move from one area of the Stadium to another without the express permission or instruction of any Steward, team official, and/or Police Officer. No one is allowed to climb any structure within the Stadium.
Filming & Photography
- Mobile phones and other portable devices are permitted within the Stadium under the condition that (i) they are used only for personal and private use (which, for the avoidance of doubt and by way of example only, does not include the taking, recording, capturing, transmission, reproduction, publication, display, or any other communication of any material for commercial purposes), and (ii) the material filmed, recorded, transmitted, reproduced, published, displayed, or otherwise shared via mobile phone or other portable devices cannot be published or made available in any way to third parties, including, by way of example, on social media platforms.
- By entering the Stadium, all individuals acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual, or audiovisual recordings (and/or photographs extracted from them) may be taken and that they may also be used at no cost to the FC, including but not limited to, for the television coverage of the match and/or for promotional, training, publishing, or commercial purposes by the FC or others (including commercial partners and accredited media), and that their entry to the Stadium constitutes consent for such use.
- By entering the Stadium, all individuals also acknowledge that photographic images and/or audio, visual, or audiovisual recordings (and/or photographs extracted from them) may be used (by the FC or a third party, such as a law enforcement agency) to identify them as individuals, where permitted by data protection laws, for the purposes of preventing or detecting crimes or any violations of the present Stadium Regulations.
- Following paragraphs 13 and 14, for individuals under 18 years of age entering the stadium, the parent, guardian, or responsible adult accompanying them to the Stadium is deemed to have given consent on their behalf.
- For the avoidance of doubt, the FC may delete or cause the deletion of any images that are transmitted or publicly displayed in violation of this provision and may pursue any other claims against the responsible person (collection, recording, dissemination as described above) through legal or extrajudicial proceedings.
Facility Surveillance
- The area of the sports facility where the FC competes is electronically monitored by the Greek Police for the prevention and addressing of acts of violence and generally criminal offenses, in accordance with Article 41 of Law 2725/1999 as amended and the provisions of the applicable legislation. Closed-circuit surveillance cameras are used around the perimeter of the Stadium and inside the Stadium to record images or sound. These cameras have the capability to record individual behaviors, such as the recording of prohibited behaviors. The use and operation of the electronic surveillance systems is solely under the jurisdiction of the Greek Police, which has the responsibilities of the data controller in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation. The FC may transmit recordings from the Stadium’s surveillance systems to the Police or any football or administrative authority for use in any process.
Exclusion of Liability
- The FC excludes, to the maximum extent permitted by law, any liability for loss, injury, or damage to persons/property inside or around the Stadium.
