The reigning UEFA Europa Conference League champion defeated AEK in Nea Filadelfeia in the league’s MD25 with a 0-1 scoreline, playing at this stadium for the first time since last season’s final against Fiorentina.
The “Reds” were superior to their opponent, especially in the first half, and managed to claim all three points in the final minutes of the match, extending their lead over second-placed AEK to five points.
