Olympiacos played their second friendly match in Spain against Standard Liege for the side’s preseason midway the club season. The match ended in a 3-3 draw and the red-and-white outfit displayed well in various aspects and coach Michel tested several things.
Marcelo was one of the players to stand out serving two assists along with El Arabi who scored a brace for Olympiacos.
The Belgian side took the lead in 19’ with Davida and the red-and-white club equalized in 58′ with El Arabi before Standard reclaims the advantage in 64′ with Ohio. However, Olympiacos did the comeback thanks to goals scored by Bakambu and El Arabi in 74′ and 76′ respectively. The final 3-3 scoreline was produced by Ohio in 90′.
