Following four days of training of the players of Olympiacos in Estepona, Spain, the team from Piraeus faced Huddersfield in the first friendly game in the middle of the season.
The “red-and-whites” beat the English team 2–0 exhibiting several positive elements, while at the same time coach Míchel proceeded to several trials.
The Spanish coach of Olympiacos saw what he wanted during the first friendly game and the team will continue their preparation in Estepona, after winning 2–0 thanks to goals scored by Fortounis and El-Arabi at 39’ and 72’ respectively.
