“ This has been a tough week, with many problems. However, there is this force that makes you become better despite the hardship. We came here to pull it off; in terms of tactics, we were flawless. We played a splendid match and that’s why we qualified”.
On how the match developed and the qualification: “This was a heated atmosphere in favor of Neftçi. The pitch was not that good, yet we made zero mistakes tactically and played really well. We were very prudent and had we used those opportunities we lost, qualifying would not have been that challenging”.
On the next opponent to play in the Champions League qualifiers: “We have to display the same passion and concentration to qualify. Hopefully, we will have less problems to tackle and thus we will have more solutions to fight for the qualification. In any case, we will play as Olympiacos always does with the aim to qualify”.
On having many stoppers and using Cisse are the left back: “Cisse has played the position of the left back in the past, against AEK. When we miss players, then everybody should be able to help no matter the position they are to play”.
