OLYMPIACOS recorded its first defeat to Crvena zvezda by 3-1 for MD2 of the UEFA Champions League group stage. Our side took the lead in 37′ courtesy of Semedo, however it was Benzia’s second booking in 58′ that tipped the scales against us. The home team was able to turnaround the encounter thanks to goals by Vulic (62′), Milunovic (87′) and Boakye (90′). This was the Legend’s first defeat this year in all competitions.
