In the first half, Olympiacos had possession of the ball. The players tried to create goal-scoring opportunities in the box of Xanthi, which they generally did. The second half kicked off with Olympiacos playing a highly attacking game. This led to 1-0 in the 57th minute; the scorer of the goal was Alejandro Dominguez.
Our side was really pressing in the second half. This pressing led to 2-0 in the 69th minute with Afellay scoring the goal and this way Olympiacos returned to victories in the league.
