Inside a full house Vicente Calderón, the home of the Spanish champions Atlético Madrid, the anniversary logo of FC Olympiacos appeared last in the stadium’s matrices in honour of the 90-year celebration marking the founding of our club.
The “Rojiblancos”, who played against our Olympiacos in the UEFA Champions League group stage, prepared a special dedication to our Legend through the scoreboards of the Madrid’s historic stadium, in the context of their match against Valencia for the Spanish Primera Division! The anniversary logo was accompanied by the wishes of the Spanish to our club.
This gesture actively proves the close ties between the two “red-and-white” clubs as well as the mutual respect between the two.
