The Legend extended its winning streak after defeating Atromitos by 2-1. Our side’s scorers were Afellay and Mitroglou.
Before kick-off, one minute of silence was kept in the memory of the victims in the “Gate 7” tragedy. The Legend, in 30’, took the lead following a beautiful attack that ended with Afellay heading it home. All players rushed to Koulis Dourekas and dedicated him the goal scored!
Olympiacos turned it 2-0 just after 70 minutes of play and sealed both its victory and the +8 lead over PAOK on the table. Atromitos upset our side with their 82-minute goal by Leite, however the Legend maintained the match under its control. Nothing change until the end, so Olympiacos left with a 2-1 home win!
