In the first part, Olympiacos had full control of the match. Despite our Legend’s streak of goal-scoring chances in the run of play, it was a set-piece that solved the riddle in 36′. Mitroglou was once again the “perpetrator” to provide the Legend with a well-deserved lead.
After the break, both teams lined up with no subs. The Legend kept on looking for another goal, which they finally scored in 90΄, courtesy of Kostas Mitroglou once more. Dosevi crossed and the Greek striker controlled the ball smoothly to slot it past Papadopoulos for the final 2-0!
