In the context of our “red-and-white love hug”, our side visited, following an initiative by the Sepolia Football School, the “Mitera” Center for the Protection of the Child of Attica, located in Ilion area, and hung around with the Centre’s young guests and employees. Olympiacos delivered a money cheque in order to enhance the Centre’s work and pledged to stand next to its people and hosted children!
The “Mitera” Center for the Protection of the Child of Attica is one of the main children protection organisations in our country. Currently, it accommodates 85 children, of up to 5 years of age, who await to be adopted or placed under foster care; it also assists single women in pregnancy with no holding environment, no companion and who need protection in this difficult period of their live.
