Megyeri was in the goal. Papazoglou was the right-back, Lykogiannis the left-back, while Contreras and Siovas were the centre-backs. Maniatis, along with Fejsa and Machado, played in the midfield. At the flanks, Vlachodimos played on the right, Abdoun on the left, while Djebbour was atop the offensive line.
Until 30’, there weren’t any “big” chances to score, although Olympiacos played much better, controlling the game. In that minute, Machado delivered exceptionally a free kick from the left with his right foot and turned it in, marking 1-0.
