Olympiacos F.C. announces the signing of footballer Drissa Diakite for the next 1+1 years.
Right after his transfer to Olympiacos, the Malian footballer stated the following:
“I am truly happy to be in Greece and truly happy to have joined Olympiacos, which is definitely a great club. I do believe I have much to offer to my new team and that my new team has a lot to offer to me. This is something that makes me happy.
When I spoke to the people of Olympiacos about the possibility of transferring to the team, Champions Leageu definitely played a great part, since it is a great competition and every player’s dream to participate in it. Thus, I did not hesitate to come to Greece, discuss with the people of Olympiacos about my contract, which I signed in the end. I am very happy about this.”
