Happy to be participating for one more season in the Champions League, Mr. Marinakis expressed his optimistic attitude regarding Group B and the campaign that Olympiacos can have this year.

“We are happy to be part of this competition again. English, French and German football is of a very elevated level. However, we are used to having it tough.
We are optimistic that we will do well, even better than last season. Our coach and our players have proved their value.
I believe that with our fans on our side, at the “G.Karaiskakis” stadium, we will have great chances of doing so. It is important to form a new squad, prove ourselves on the pitch and show that we are worthy of being here.”
