The final score 2-2 does not correspond to the actual performance of the two teams, as during the entire game OFI were all closed behind and tried to counter-attack thus practically not even creating a single goalscoring opportunity.
The opener was netted by Djebbour at 45 minutes and Mirallas at 62 gave Olympiacos the 2-0 lead. However, at 73 minutes Mantzios found his way to the opponent’s net and at 77, Georgiou scored the equalizer. The home team pressured and had many chances to score one more goal but in the end, it just didn’t happen.
