Olympiacos FC announces purchase of football player Guillaume Gillet.
Right after signing his contract, the Belgian athlete gave his first interview as an Olympiacos player!
On his emotions following signing of his new contract: “I am really happy to be here. It has been a long and tough process for my transfer here, so now I am more than thrilled to have finally signed it; I am looking forward to meeting my new teammates and do some great stuff on the pitch”.
His message to the fans of Olympiacos: “I recall the Olympiacos fans really well since I have played against the team in a UEFA Champions League fixture. Although we had been defeated, the atmosphere was great, the crowd amazing and this has been another factor that contributed in making up my mind to join the club. I hope the fans will be also pleased with my contribution. I also want to do everything I can to make them happy”.
